The receipt will be issued based on the recorded date that we received the shares, after the process completes, not the date that you initiated the transfer.

Tax Receipt Value According to CRA Guidelines

If the market value of the security fluctuates between the date the donor initiates the transfer and the date TSSF receives the security, the tax receipt will be issued based on the lower of the two values: either the price on the transfer initiation date or the price on the date of deposit.
